Competition details:
By completing the survey, you have the chance to win AuditAgent credits, equivalent to US $50 (the “Prize”). The Prize will be awarded to the first 100 eligible entries submitted during the competition time. The Competition will run from 30th July 2026 until 15th August 2026 at 8pm UTC. The winners will be contacted by email, on or before 31st August 2026. All responses shall be confidential.

By entering the Competition, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Entering your details at the end of the survey will automatically enter you into the Competition. If you do not wish to take part, do not enter your details into the discussed section.
Eligibility: The Competition is open to over 18s only. Entry is limited to one per person. The Competition is not open to anyone designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties, or located in any country subject to a comprehensive sanctions program implemented by the United Kingdom (such lists and countries further specified in clause 5.6 of the AuditAgent Terms of Use). In entering the Competition, you confirm that you meet the aforementioned requirements, and are therefore eligible to claim the Prize. We may require you to provide proof of your eligibility, should we have any doubts.
You can enter the Competition before the date stated in the Competition Details. Entries after this time will not be eligible for the Prize.
Only completed surveys will be entered into the Competition. Incomplete or spoilt surveys will be disqualified, and therefore not eligible for the Prize.
Winners will be contacted by a member of staff, who will guide them through the next steps. Winners must respond and complete any requested verification within 14 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this period, or fails to provide any proof of eligibility we request, they will forfeit the Prize and we may, at our discretion, award it to another eligible entrant.
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we may, at our discretion, exclude you from participating in the Competition. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Competition, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
We will not accept responsibility for Competition entries that are lost for any reason, including but not limited to system failure during submission.
All Competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to Nethermind will become our property on receipt and will not be returned.
The Prize cannot be substituted for a cash alternative and/or transferred to a third party.
Credits will be applied directly to the winner’s AuditAgent account and are subject to AuditAgents’s Terms of Use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by any entrant arising from the Competition, entry into it, or the acceptance or use of the Prize, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any claims or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Competition and these Terms and Conditions (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of London courts.
